Position Description: Working in small teams, Frontliners participate in shopping centre, street and special event fundraising campaigns for the UN Refugee Agency's international humanitarian programs. Training is provided.
Hours and Locations: Hours are generally 9am - 5pm weekdays with some weekend shifts. Locations vary but are all Sydney based and easily accessible by public transport.
Experience / Attributes
Essential Attributes: Enthusiastic approach, positive outlook, professionalism, excellent communication skills.
Desirable Attributes: Previous selling or customer service experience. Previous face to face fundraising experience Interest in humanitarian / refugee issues
Terms of Appointment: Casual basis. $60k p/a OTE

Australia for UNHCR Frontline Team Leader
Position Description: The Team Leader will be responsible for the direct supervision of fundraising teams participating in shopping centre, street and special event fundraising campaigns, providing on the job coaching to ensure that the teams reach sales targets as set by A4UNHCR.
Hours and Locations: Hours are generally 9am - 5pm weekdays with some weekend shifts. Locations vary but are all Sydney based and easily accessible by public transport.
Experience / Attributes
Essential Attributes Direct selling experience and proven ability to meet sales targets, Excellent communication skills, Leadership skills, Enthusiastic approach, Positive outlook Professionalism
Desirable Attributes Previous Team Leader experience in a fundraising environment, Previous face to face fundraising experience, Previous experience facilitating sales training sessions, Current NSW drivers license
Terms of Appointment: Casual basis. $80 - 100k p/a OTE
